Meet Stephen

My name is Stephen Zemek. In 1982, at the age of 34, I was the Queensland Manager of a well known Australian Company but I wasn't happy, so I decided to change my career path. While considering what I might do with the rest of my life, I began to think about close friends in the business world whom I had seen stagger and fall under the heavy burden of stress. I thought it would be wonderful if I could find a way to help.

In 1986 I graduated from the Australian College of Natural Medicine in Brisbane as a Naturopath and Herbalist and have been in Clinical Practice ever since.

Along the way I have learnt many things from patients but most of all I have learned that GOOD HEALTH AND HAPPINESS ARE NOT PILLS. THEY ARE A WAY OF LIFE. THIS IS THE PREMISE ON WHICH I RUN MY CLINICS.

I have written two books which outline my feelings on the link between Health and Happiness. My first book 100% Alive & Happy was released in 2002.

There is also a double CD of the same name.

My second book The Right Decisions, Right Now was released in 2007.

I have also co-authored a cookbook with my wife. The book is called 100% Alive & Happy in the Kitchen.

I have just begun a new series of CD's called New Age Nutrition Master Classes.

It is now one of my great delights to be asked to be a KEYNOTE SPEAKER where I can draw on my 20 years of Clinical Experience.

It is also a great pleasure for me to be asked to serve more and more as an EXECUTIVE COACH.

I am proud to be a Fellow of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
